By default, all active investigations will stop being processed and the data in your account will be deleted. If you'd like us to store data for you, make sure you let us know before cancelling.
To get started, we ask for some basic information (name, email), the list of products you'd like us to protect, and any intellectual property you have covering those products.
Once we've built your account, we'll schedule a Set Up Call to give you the log-in credentials and answer any questions.

If you try to launch a removal after you've reached your removal limit with your current plan, you will see a pop-up window informing you that there will be an extra charge, and asking you to confirm before the case is launched. This gives you control so you can keep within your budget.
At this time we can only support removals and monitoring services for marketplaces in the United States, primarily Amazon and Walmart.
